The Cardinal Tennis Association is a proud sponsor of the Coon Rapids Community Scholarship Association.

Community Service
The Cardinal Tennis Association and its members pride themselves in giving back to the community. Here are a couple of examples.
Scott Storrick and other Northwest Suburban Conference Coaches teamed up to 'Serve it up for Cancer'. Each team in the NWSC wore matching shirts on the same day to raise money and awareness for cancer. All together they raised $3950 for the Randy Shaver Cancer Research fund!
Another example of this is helping out with yardwork in the Spring and Fall. Below is some feedback they received.
Scott,
My name is Chris Board. I'm Bob Board's son. I live down in McKinney, Texas which is a suburb of Dallas. I'm a 1985 graduate of CRHS.
I just wanted to take a moment and say a very special thank you for the help you and your tennis team did in helping my father with "spring clean-up" of his yard.
It's tough to live so far away and not be able to help my father regularly with things like that. I was actually looking into trying to find someone to hire to do it when my father called and said you and your team had come over and cleaned everything up. What an incredible blessing and a real relief for my father.
Words simply cannot express my gratitude for helping him out. My father has always been one to volunteer and help others out so to see the tables turned and him be on the receiving end of the help is very special. Your actions and the actions of your team reflect greatly upon your leadership and character.
Please know that my father is extremely grateful for the help and is also very fond of your friendship. Once again, thank you!
Sincerely,
Chris Board
